All buttons come with a pin back!  Magnetic backs on buttons are an additional $.15 per button.

All buttons are made in the USA.  Quality 2 piece construction is topped with mylar to provide a longlasting full color vibriant shiny surface.  Each button is individually inspected for quality and correctness any flaws are discarded.  We stand by our product with Pride and know you will be 100% satisfied.  We are commited to our customers!

Ordering Policies Production Time is usually 5 business days from the date artwork proof is approved.  We usually have orders sent FedEx and average a 3 day tournaround on orders over 50.  Orders under 50 are sometimes quicker than 3 days.  Orders needed within 24 hours have A Rush order Fee of $25.00 and shipping and handling fees apply. There are no returns or refunds on buttons due to the customization of these items.  All sales are final, sorry. Logos and Trademarks are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Any legal claims or copy right infringements of licenses or patents are your responsibility. Art Fees and Set up Charges are always free.  We do not charge for full color, logos, artwork or proofs like many of our competitors do.  A Happy customer is a returning customer... E-mail your order to trophytownusa@yahoo.com , please attach all artwork and text requirments to your e-mail, be as specific as possible.  We can use most formats but prefer a high resolution jpeg, bitmap or tiff. file.  Your final product will reflect the quality of your artwork attachment.  Don't worry this is usually not a problem and can work with many formats, the above is prefered.  Don't forget to include your e-mail and phone number so we can contact you regarding your request.  All information obtained in the ordering process is used for just that and nothing else.  You will get no marketing calls or e-mail spam.  We respect your privacy and it is our responsibility to do so.
